It’s Official – Chicago Here We Come!
Mark Your Calendars- Important Parent Meeting!
Please make sure one parent/guardian will be in attendance. You will hear all the details about travel, rooming and activities. In addition, it is important to meet your student’s chaperone and review your student’s medical permission slip as well as have the opportunity to ask questions or share any information.
When: Wednesday, March 4th at 7:00pm
Where: Carlmont HS Student Union
Attention: Final Cost for each student $1400*
Due to some exciting additional activities and inclusion of extra meals (some lunches) we have increased the last payment to $500 for a total cost of $1400 per student.
*Note-If you initially paid in full ($1300), there is an additional $100 obligation on your student’s Cut Time account.
Final payment due Feb 3 – Make payment through your CutTime account
* New final payment is $500
* $100 additional is due if you already paid the old $400 final payment amount
Trip Expenses per person includes: Round trip flight SFO to Chicago, IL, clinics and fees, 4 nights hotel accommodations in Downtown Chicago, 4 breakfasts, 4 dinners, entrance to museums/shows/concerts, train and bus transportation in Chicago. *
*Extra expenses include travel day meals and meals not covered by trip expenses (TBD)
